Rhonda Lambert

Office Manager / Dispatch Coordinator

Rhonda began her position in 2000 bringing a strong background in communications with her. "All roads truly lead to Rhonda" as she is at the center of every facet of our operation. Rhonda is technically skilled in her own right and may be able to help you through your emergency on the phone. Rhonda is an avid reader when she is out of the office and enjoys just about every genre imaginable.

Vance Wise

HVAC Manager

Vance is our "original" HVAC person and started here in 1992. He came here with a background in service, sheet metal fabrication and commercial installation. Vance's relentless pursuit of information has earned him his current positions of HVAC Manager, Head Technician and all around "go to" guy. Vance likes "peace and quiet" during his time off. I guess that's why he took up fishing as a pass time.

John Reed

HVAC Sales Manager

John came to us in 2008 looking for a change. His trade experience included 20-years of plumbing, heating and air conditioning sales on the wholesale end of the business. We are pleased to add his behind the scenes experience to our company. His insight has been a genuine asset and our clients have received him warmly. I think John really wanted to be a secret agent as motorcycles, scuba diving, judo, and sky diving are all part of his after work pursuits.

Saturday hours and emergency after-hours services are just some of the great added values our team of technicians and office staff provide.
